Dr. Nancy F. Marino passed away on Saturday, March 10, 2018, after a short but fierce battle with cancer. She holds the rank of Distinguished Professor of Spanish in the Department of Romance and Classical Studies at Michigan State University. As the author of nine books and dozens of articles, her scholarship on the topics of medieval and Renaissance Spanish culture, literature, and history is world renowned.
