The MSU Translation Center and the Department of Romance and Classical Studies are proud to announce the launch of the first ever MSU Translation Competition.

Open to Spanish and French undergraduate students, the competition asks participants to translate a literary excerpt from their chosen source language into English and then reflect on the translation process in a short essay.

Awards will be given to the best translation in each language. Additionally, the best texts will be recognized and shared on the RCS website and other platforms.
