The College of Arts and Letters Excel Network has launched the Virtual Career Readiness Awards. This opportunity allows students to enter to win rewards for accomplishing various goals as they prepare for the job market and hone their professional skills. To enter to win each of the awards, students can accomplish the goals below for each level:
Bronze Award: $250
- Sign up for an Excel Network Career Community
- Set up a Handshake Profile
- Set up a LinkedIn profile
- Sign up and create an Arts and Letters Connect profile
- Set up a professional Zoom interview background
Silver Award: $500
- Submit a copy of your resume
- Upload a professional headshot
- Attend a Virtual Internship Workshop
Gold Award: $750
- Submit a write-up about 3 internships/jobs you are applying for/interested in
- Conduct a virtual informational interview with one College of Arts and Letters alum.
- Attend a Virtual Career Fair OR conduct an Interview Stream (Mock/Practice Interview).
